Senior Stakeholder / Landowner Manager Location: Unterweser-Spohle corridor, Germany / Remote Start: Expected October 2026 Duration: Until June 2030 Languages: Fluent German and English Contract: Long-term freelance/contract assignment Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Stakeholder / Landowner Manager to support an offshore grid connection project.The successful candidate will form part of the Owner and Stakeholder Management Team, taking responsibility for managing relationships with landowners, tenants, agricultural businesses and other affected stakeholders throughout the construction and close-out phases.This is a highly stakeholder-facing position requiring strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, together with previous experience on major infrastructure, transmission, pipeline or energy projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a senior point of contact between the client, landowners, tenants and other external stakeholders.Maintain regular communication with affected landowners and agricultural businesses throughout construction.Conduct site visits, landowner meetings and stakeholder coordination meetings.Manage objections, complaints, access restrictions and other stakeholder issues arising during construction.Negotiate practical solutions between landowners, contractors and the project team.Coordinate with construction management, site supervision, environmental consultants, technical specialists and contractors.Attend regular project, construction and stakeholder meetings.Support the management of crop damage, land damage and compensation matters.Oversee land handovers and reinstatement activities from a stakeholder perspective.Ensure stakeholder commitments, outstanding actions and agreements are appropriately documented and followed through.Support the transition and takeover of the existing stakeholder management activities at the beginning of the assignment.Provide regular status reporting to the wider project team. Junior Treasury Analyst

BackgroundThis role has been created to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of cash management within the company's treasury department.The business operates three invoice discounting (ID) facilities across the globe, and this role has evolved to place a much greater emphasis on funding analysis, reporting and headroom management. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual keen to build a career within finance and treasury. It would particularly suit someone analytical who enjoys working with data and wants to make a tangible, proactive impact on the group's funding, cash and headroom position. Responsibilities:Record and allocate customer payments accurately.Perform daily cash allocation and bank reconciliations.Prepare and distribute daily cash and receivables reports.Analyse aged debt reports, highlighting payment concerns and risk trends, working closely with the AR team to resolve outstanding issuesMonitor invoice discounting facilities, funding availability and headroom.Investigate and resolve issues affecting funding, including aged debt, credit limits, missing purchase orders and disallowed balances.Identify and escalate funding risks and opportunities, working with internal teams to maximise cash availability.Produce dashboards and reports to support cash flow, receivables and funding performance.Assist with audit requests and provide administrative support to the Finance team as required.
