Suitable candidates will have strong experience in commissioning on utility-scale solar farms or complex electrical projects. Ideal candidates will have worked on large projects and be confident leading electrical testing, energisation, and handover activities. The role will involve full on-site commissioning coordination, managing subcontractors and commissioning teams, and working closely with the Project Manager and EPC team. Lead QS / Commercial Lead required for our client, a global project management consultancy, who is supporting the delivery of a large-scale Multi-billion Euro (€) data centre construction project in Charleroi, BelgiumThe role will take ownership of all the commercial and cost management of major construction packages, acting as a senior client-facing lead. Responsibilities include cost planning, estimating, procurement support, QTOs, as well as leading and mentoring a project cost team.Candidates must have extensive experience in quantity surveying or cost management on large, complex construction projects, ideally within data centres, life sciences, or similar technically demanding projects.
