Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Projects

Location: London

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

Salary: Competitive DOE

We're supporting a leading contractor in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, with involvement across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs from start to finish
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, and payment applications
• Handle subcontractor procurement and accounts
• Support with contract administration and change management
• Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and commercial improvements

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of NEC contract options A, B, and C.
• Demonstrated experience in measurement, cost and value management, and forecasting.
• Expertise in change management and pricing, with a track record of managing variations effectively.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
