A major international infrastructure contractor is looking for a Deputy Contract Manager to support delivery of a large-scale railway project (EUR 100M+), delivered under FIDIC.

The Role

You will lead a multidisciplinary section team, manage budget and contract performance, oversee subcontractors, and coordinate across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage production and multidisciplinary teams

  • Oversee contract delivery, cost & schedule

  • Budget planning & financial reporting

  • Subcontractor negotiation & performance monitoring

  • Risk register management

  • Client & stakeholder coordination

  • Ensure HSE compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years managerial experience on major infrastructure/railway projects

  • Experience on €100M+ FIDIC contracts

  • Construction licence/professional authorisation

  • Strong budget management experience

  • English B2+

  • Willingness to relocate to Estonia

  • Strong leadership & negotiation skills
