  • Provide EHS leadership and guidance on a land clearance project, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and in line with legal and company requirements

  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures

  • Develop, review, and maintain method statements, risk assessments (RAMS), and EHS documentation

  • Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation and relevant industry standards

  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to agreed safety procedures

  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and environmental breaches, and implement corrective actions

  • Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing safety training to site personnel

  • Liaise with project stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required

  • Support environmental management, including waste handling, biodiversity considerations, and pollution prevention
