About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CSA Fit-Out Construction Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Munich. This role involves managing all on-site CSA fit-out activities, ensuring delivery in line with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, overseeing site operations, and ensuring project compliance across EHS, QA/QC, and programme milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site safety in collaboration with the Project Operations Manager and EHS Lead, including setup and close-out of the safety file
  • Oversee site QA/QC processes, including documentation setup and close-out
  • Manage all day-to-day site operations for CSA fit-out packages
  • Coordinate and track project schedules in collaboration with other trades and package leads
  • Attend and actively participate in daily coordination (whiteboard/DABS) meetings
  • Participate in QA/QC reviews, ensuring subcontractor compliance with processes
  • Monitor and maintain awareness of EHS, QA/QC, and schedule KPIs
  • Promote and manage site reporting tools (SORs) to track issues and progress
  • Assist in managing project costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, and variations
  • Manage subcontractors, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and performance
  • Lead and contribute to weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Manage the snagging and punch list process, ensuring timely close-out
  • Submit labour and subcontractor hours for central tracking
  • Attend and contribute to site, engineering, planning, and handover meetings
  • Oversee project close-out activities, including O&M manuals, safety file, and QA documentation
  • Prepare and implement weekly look-ahead plans
  • Produce weekly progress reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues
  • Coordinate and track material deliveries in line with project schedule
  • Maintain a weekly photographic record of site progress
  • Carry out any additional duties related to the role

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in site management and construction
  • Proven experience in CSA fit-out supervision and installation
  • Degree or professional qualification in construction management or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of CSA systems
  • Experience working on large-scale construction or data centre projects
  • Willingness to travel as required
