Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of CE&I Engineers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary projects, ensuring quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
  • Support business development through client engagement, bid preparation, and presentations.
  • Manage resources across geographies and contribute to strategic growth.
  • Ensure compliance with internal management systems and CDM regulations.

Experience

  • IEng or CEng Professional Registration (IET, CIBSE, or equivalent).
  • Degree qualified, ideally with a Master's in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in managing multidisciplinary projects in energy, water, and resources.
  • Specialist knowledge in Electrical and/or Control Systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Trimble, IT systems).
  • Eligible UK driving license and ability to obtain security clearance.

Senior / Principal Highways Civil Engineer Initial 6-month contractOutside IR35Mainly remote working About the RoleWe are seeking a number of skilled and motivated Highways Civil Engineers to join our clients infrastructure team. Primary Design Engineer - HV SubstationsOverview:Lead the design delivery for high-voltage (up to 400kV) substation projects, ensuring alignment with National Grid requirements and industry standards.
