Job Title: HSE Advisor - Mechanical Installation (Solar Farm) Location: Roscommon Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Working Days: Monday to Friday (On-Site) Start Date: ASAPAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Advisor to join our team on a 6-month contract for the mechanical installation phase of a large-scale solar farm project. The role is based full-time on-site and will play a key part in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting operational teams throughout the construction phase.Key Responsibilities:Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and legal requirementsConduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments specific to mechanical installations (e.g., racking systems, trackers, module mounting)Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing HSE training to site personnelInvestigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, and support implementation of corrective actionsMaintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and HSE reportingCollaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to foster a proactive HSE cultureEnsure appropriate use of PPE and adherence to safe systems of workSupport environmental protection measures and sustainability practices on-siteersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. Description: * Herstellung und Reparatur von Kupferspulen für Elektromotoren und Generatoren (Bauteile aus Kupfer mit Gesamtlängen bis zu ca. 10 Metern) durch die Fertigungsverfahren Löten, Biegen, Schleifen gemäß Reparaturauftrag, Zeichnungen, Arbeitsplänen und/oder Stücklisten unter Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsvorgaben* Registrierung und Erfassung von Messdaten und Auftragsrückmeldungen* Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Montageabläufe und Arbeitsprozesse (LEAN / 5S)* Einrichten und vorbereiten des eigenen Arbeitsbereiches unter Beachtung ergonomischer und arbeitssicherheitstechnischer GesichtspunkteAnforderung:* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im elektronischen oder mechanischen Bereich, z. Solar Commissioning Supervisor required for a Global EPC Contractor to work on a 150MW+ Solar Project in Galway, Ireland.
