Wir sind eine international etablierte Personalberatung mit Spezialisierung auf die Vermittlung von Fachkräften im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und Energieinfrastruktur.

Für ein anspruchsvolles Energie-Großprojekt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Terminplaner (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung in der Projektsteuerung.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Terminplänen für komplexe Anlagenbauprojekte
  • Integration von Lieferanten- und Dienstleisterterminplänen in den Gesamtprojektplan
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Fortschrittsanalysen
  • Identifikation von Terminabweichungen und Entwicklung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Fachgewerken sowie externen Partnern
  • Vorbereitung und Moderation von Termin- und Fortschrittsmeetings
  • Erstellung von Statusberichten und Reporting an Stakeholder
  • Unterstützung im Risikomanagement mit Fokus auf Terminrisiken

Must-have Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Bau, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Terminplanung / Projektsteuerung, idealerweise im Anlagenbau oder Energieumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project und/oder Primavera P6
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen Projektstrukturen und Abhängigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-have

  • Erfahrung in Energie- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit internationalen Projektteams
  • Erfahrung in Großprojekten (EPC/ Anlagenbau)

An international renewable energy Contractor is seeking a Gateman to manage site access on a 40MW solar farm project in Tiverton, Devon. Working 10-hour days, you will control entry and exit of personnel and deliveries, maintain accurate sign-in records, check documentation, and ensure the site remains secure. You will support the site team in maintaining a safe and organised environment in line with HSE requirements. Previous experience in a similar role and a valid CSCS card is a must. This is a 12-month contract, likely to run for 15-18 months, operating outside IR35. HV Connections DesignerPosition Summary We're looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a strong background in HV and LV system design within the power generation sector. Solar experience is highly preferred.This role is focused on grid-connected generation projects, from early-stage feasibility and grid studies through to detailed design and commissioning support. You'll be working closely with DNOs, ICPs, EPC partners, and internal project teams to deliver compliant, robust, and buildable designs.Key Accountabilities Electrical design of HV and LV systems for power generation projects, primarily utility scale and commercial solar PV.Develop and review system architecture and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) from concept through to detailed design.Manage and coordinate grid connection applications and technical submissions with the relevant DNO.Ensure compliance with grid code and connection standards including G99 and G100.Coordinate grid studies, including load flow, fault level, protection coordination, and power quality assessments.Define and specify primary plant including transformers, switchgear, protection systems, inverters, and metering.Support protection design and relay settings in line with grid requirements and DNO specifications.Review and respond to DNO connection offers and technical queries.Provide technical input during procurement, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and energisation.Support design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises.Ensure designs comply with relevant standards such as BS, IEC, ENA and site-specific requirements.Additional Duties as assigned by your manager Qualifications:Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.Proven experience designing HV and LV systems within the power generation sector.Strong experience in solar PV projects preferred.Demonstrable experience managing grid connections and direct engagement with DNOs.Solid understanding of G99 and G100 requirements.Experience producing and reviewing SLDs, protection philosophies, and overall system architecture.Hands-on experience with grid studies (load flow, fault level, protection coordination).Familiarity with grid modelling tools such as ETAP, or similar.Knowledge of UK grid code and ENA standards.Person Specification Personal AttributesStrong technical judgement and attention to detail.Comfortable taking ownership of design packages from concept to commissioning.Confident engaging with external stakeholders including DNO engineers and consultants.Practical mindset with a good understanding of how designs translate to site installation.Clear communicator who can explain technical matters to non-specialists when needed. ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
