Civil Package Manager - Data Center Infrastructure (Hyperscale Project)

We are looking for a Civil Package Manager to support upcoming linear infrastructure and data center projects.

This role focuses on delivering and coordinating civil engineering packages across major site developments, with involvement from design through to construction support.


What you'll be doing

  • Leading civil packages for data center infrastructure (roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, site development)
  • Reviewing and supporting civil design packages and technical deliverables
  • Acting as a technical advisor during delivery and construction phases
  • Coordinating with external civil consultants and internal design teams (MEP/structural)
  • Supporting geotechnical inputs, site reviews, and technical reporting
  • Ensuring design compliance with project standards and Basis of Design requirements

What we're looking for

  • Civil engineering background with experience in infrastructure or site development works
  • Experience with civil design coordination and/or construction delivery
  • Familiarity with earthworks, drainage, utilities, and site-wide civil packages
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
  • Experience on data center or large-scale industrial projects is beneficial
  • German language capability is preferred

We're currently supporting a well-established engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Civil Technician to join their growing civil infrastructure team.This is a senior technical role with real responsibility, offering the chance to lead civil design delivery across a range of complex projects while mentoring junior staff and working closely with engineers and project managers.The RoleAs a Senior Civil Technician, you'll take a lead role in the production and coordination of detailed civil engineering designs, primarily using Autodesk Civil 3D.
