Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab dem 01. Juli 2026 einen erfahrenen Bauleiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) für ein anspruchsvolles öffentliches Bauprojekt in Kiel.

Wir sind eine international etablierte Recruitment-Agentur mit Schwerpunkt auf Energie-, Infrastruktur- und Bauprojekten und begleiten namhafte Kunden bei der Besetzung anspruchsvoller Projektrollen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bauleitung im Bereich Elektrotechnik innerhalb der Leistungsphase 8 (Objektüberwachung)
  • Koordination und Steuerung der elektrotechnischen Gewerke auf der Baustelle
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen den verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Gewerken
  • Unterstützung bei Umplanungen sowie technischer Abstimmung mit Planungsteams
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Ausführung
  • Überwachung der Gebäude- und Betriebstechnik im elektrotechnischen Umfeld
  • Nachtragsmanagement inklusive entsprechender Dokumentation und administrativer Tätigkeiten
  • Eigenständige Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten, Fachplanern und ausführenden Unternehmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als:
    • Elektrotechnikermeister,
    • staatlich geprüfter Techniker Elektrotechnik,
    • Elektroingenieur mit baunaher Erfahrung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauleiter im elektrotechnischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Bauprojekten von Vorteil
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Gebäudeelektrik, technische Gebäudeausrüstung und Baustellenabläufe
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungsänderungen und Nachträgen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Einsatzort: Kiel
  • Start: 01.07.2026
  • Projektdauer: ca. 18 Monate mit Verlängerungsoption bzw. möglicher Übernahme
  • Gesamtprojektlaufzeit: ca. 24 Monate
  • Beschäftigungsmodell:
    • Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
    • Vollzeit (5 Tage die Woche) oder Teilzeit (3-4 Tage pro Woche möglich)
  • Jahresgehalt: ca. 84.000 € - 90.000 € brutto bei Vollzeit (bei 3-4 Tagen pro Woche entsprechend angepasst)
