Works Superintendent - Bridges
Your future responsibilities:
- Planning and supervising the implementation of construction, railway, engineering, sewage, and structural works.
- Developing cost estimates and schedules for assigned work packages.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection standards within the assigned scope of work.
- Organizing and conducting coordination meetings regarding ongoing work.
- Supervising the work of subcontractors and monitoring their progress.
- Managing inspection and acceptance processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Supervising the compliance of materials with design requirements and managing their approval process.
- Responding to delays, coordinating interdisciplinary activities, and resolving logistical issues.
Our expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bridge Works Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience after obtaining a bridge license.
- A master's degree in a field related to railway, road, or bridge construction. Experience in implementing projects worth PLN 40 to 120 million, preferably in the railway or infrastructure sectors.
- Ability to manage a team of project managers and engineers.
- Ability to effectively coordinate the work of subcontractors.
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and work scheduling principles.
- Extensive technical knowledge in the field of civil works and railway construction.
- English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.
