BESS Site Manager required to work for a UK EPC subcontractor on a large 45MW+ BESS project based in Ipswich. Applicants MUST have BESS (battery energy storage systems) experience with a good understanding of BESS installations. This is for a 3 month renewable contract, based fully onsite. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

This role will see the successful candidate join a market-leader to ensure the delivery of their growing BESS portfolio.Key responsibilities include;Being the lead person on technical developments in the Battery industry - supporting internal and external stakholders with technical comprehension of BESS.Identification and selection of BESS, PCS and EMS providers.Support colleagues through acquisition, JVs and project development stages from a technical perspective.Ensure FAT/SATs are completed.Ensuring delivery of projects in accordance with grid compliance.Candidates should have a strong background within BESS (upwards of three years), additionally any training with inverter manufacturers are a bonus. O&M Technician

ersg are supporting a client in their search for a Solar O&M Technician to service a portfolio of sites including Commercial & Industrial properties, and utility-scale solar farms (up to 5MW). The role will see you covering Norwich and the surrounding area.Applicants should have experience of fault-finding and servicing inverters, SCADA, and MODBUS (TCP/IP). The need to interrogate comms issues is critical in this role. The role will involve DC testing on 1500V string inverter systems. Candidates must be qualified Electricians with previous experience testing DC systems. This is a fully onsite position.
