HV Connections DesignerPosition Summary We're looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a strong background in HV and LV system design within the power generation sector. 概要本ポジションは、日本国内の大規模建設プロジェクトにおける調達およびソーシング活動を統括する役割です。調達チームを率い、複数の関係者と連携しながら、プロジェクト開始から完了まで調達プロセス全体をリードします。主な職務内容調達活動の統括大規模建設プロジェクトに関する調達・入札・契約交渉を主導し、最適なコスト・品質・納期を実現する。プロジェクトの進捗状況について経営陣へ報告し、必要に応じて改善策を提案・実行する。契約の価値最大化に向け、サプライヤー管理、価格交渉、契約条件の最適化などを包括的に実施する。戦略立案と実行企業方針に沿った調達戦略を策定し、プロジェクトの開始計画（スケジュール、予算、人員配置）を主導する。パフォーマンス管理調達活動に関する指標を設定し、継続的改善につながる取り組みを進める。プロジェクト管理複数の建設調達案件を同時に管理し、計画通りに進むよう進捗を監督する。予算やスケジュールを維持するための調整および必要な是正措置を実施する。安全性・費用対効果・納期遵守を重視したプロジェクト運営を推進する。関係者との連携・調整社内外の関係者と協力し、調達方針やサプライヤー戦略の整合性を確保する。重要サプライヤーとの関係構築を進め、長期的な協働体制を強化する。求める人物像・資格建設または建設調達領域で 10年以上の職務経験 を有すること。数百億円規模のプロジェクトにおける入札・契約交渉の実績があること。高い分析力・問題解決力を持ち、複雑な課題に対して戦略的に対応できること。日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力。組織のあらゆるレベルで協働し、直接の権限がなくても関係者を巻き込める影響力を持つこと。業務改善や運営効率向上に情熱を持ち、主体性を発揮できること。社内外のパートナーと協力関係を築き、チームとして成果を上げられること。 ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. ersg is searching for a Head of EPC Project Management to work on behalf of a leading business within the Renewable Energy industry. Site Manager required for a global renewable EPC Contractor to work on a 75MW+ solar farm based in Waterford, Ireland. Candidates will have site management experience and can effectively manage multi-discipline subcontractors on Irish EPC projects. Ground-mounted solar experience is preferable, but the client will also accept site managers with experience on electrical and/or civil large Irish EPC projects. This is a fully onsite position, for a 12-month ongoing contract.
