Wir sind eine international etablierte Personalberatung mit Spezialisierung auf die Vermittlung von Fachkräften im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und Energieinfrastruktur.

Für ein spannendes Projekt unseres Kunden im Raum Berlin suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Document Management im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit anschließender Übernahmeoption.

Aufgaben

Verwaltung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation in Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (DMS)
Sicherstellung der Nutzung aktueller und freigegebener Dokumente im Projekt
Nachverfolgung und Bearbeitung von Änderungen sowie Dokumentationsprozessen (z. B. SMF, Reports)
Koordination und Verwaltung der Projektkorrespondenz (z. B. RFIs, Reports, Meetings)
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Statusberichten sowie finaler Projektdokumentation

Must-have Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Engineering bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Document Management / Dokumentenmanagement
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für Deutschland

Nice-to-have

Erfahrung in Bau-, Energie- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
Erfahrung mit DMS-Tools, insbesondere Thinkproject
