ersg are working on behalf of a client to source a client-side Construction Manager hire. The client has over 1GW of live projects, running across the next three years. There will be further acquisition of RTB stage projects to extend your role beyond this period. Being client-side, you will managing multiple Site Managers and Contractors to ensure delivery within time and cost budget.Core responsibilities include;Oversee day-to-day site activitiesEnsure compliance with design specifications and safety standardsCoordinate subcontractors and suppliersMonitor schedule and budgetThe client is looking for someone to join the team on a permanent basis, it's a key hire to join a team that is going to be a major player in the BESS space. ersg is recruiting for a Solar O&M Technician/Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a Multinational Solar O&M contractor. The role is well-suited to candidates situated in and around Cambridge.Candidates need experience in Solar O&M. Working knowledge of medium voltage and power electronics; inverters (string & central); using CMMS to report/close job tasks; spares ordering required.Package on offer is dependent upon experience, and includes a vehicle and fuel card.
