Package Manager - Offshore Wind ProjectsWe are seeking an experienced Package Manager to lead the delivery of a major project package within our offshore wind portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective delivery from engineering through to operations.Your RoleAs Package Manager, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for your assigned package, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Providing strong HSSE leadership, ensuring safety and environmental standards are met by all team members and contractorsLeading and motivating a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and transparent working cultureManaging the package in line with company values, project management standards, and delegated authorityActing as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external contract partnersOverseeing engineering and design activities, with a strong focus on safety in design and operabilityManaging the procurement process, including tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiation through to contract awardActing as Employer's Representative under the relevant contract conditionsControlling the package budget, risks, and opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with internal policies and all applicable laws and regulationsSharing and applying lessons learned across projects, and capturing new learnings throughout the package lifecycleWorking closely with Operations as the end customer to ensure the package can be safely and efficiently operated and maintainedYour ProfileEngineering degree in a relevant discipline (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval, or similar)Around 10 years of relevant experience in large engineering or infrastructure projectsQualified Engineer or Project Manager with experience leading engineering and/or project teamsBackground in offshore wind, onshore wind, offshore oil & gas, or similar large‑scale infrastructure projectsProven experience in major contract negotiation and contract management, ideally within offshore windStrong communicator with a structured, analytical approach and the ability to lead diverse teamsExperience working effectively in an international environmentFluent in English (Japanese is desirable but not essential) ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. 主な職務内容* プロジェクトHSEマネージャーと連携し、プロジェクトの要件を満たすよう、HSEの観点から設置前現場の準備が整っていることを確認する。* 設置前現場において、HSE計画および手順が周知・実施されるよう確保する。* HSEに関するあらゆる側面について、設置前チームと積極的に調整・連携を行う。* 設置前現場の管理層に対するステークホルダー管理およびコミュニケーションを行う。* システム、方針、基準を維持するため、チームに対してHSE研修を実施する。* HSE関連の会議に出席し、現場のHSEを改善するために積極的に意見や提案を行う。* 現場における安全意識を高め、安全文化を向上させる。* 運用から得られた教訓に関する知見を、Vestas内の関連ステークホルダーと共有する。主な業務* 作業前のブリーフィングに参加し、毎日ツールボックス・トークを実施する* 毎日、現場の安全巡回を行う* 安全でない状況や行動が確認された場合は、作業を中断させる（セーフティ・スタンドダウン）* 下請け業者によるリスクアセスメントを毎日確認する* 新規入職者に対して現場導入研修を実施する* 現場要員に対して安全研修（工具の固定、事故報告など）を実施する* 研修記録を管理し、トレーニングマトリックスの実施を徹底する* 現場での避難訓練を企画・実施する* 現場での安全キャンペーンを企画・実施する* 暑い季節には、熱中症を積極的に予防する* 危険物の適切な保管および取り扱いを徹底する* 月次PPE点検の実施を確保する* 廃棄物の適切な分別と回収を確保する* 現場のHSE掲示板および標識を管理する* 月次ハザード防止会議に出席する* 事故および根本原因調査を支援する* 緊急時には緊急対応チームの一員として活動する* 現場のHSE事項について、プレインストールマネージャーおよびプロジェクトHSEマネージャーに定期的に報告する主な要件* 建設業界におけるHSE（安全・衛生・環境）関連職務での実績。* 陸上・洋上風力発電業界またはエネルギー分野での経験があれば尚可。* HSE方針および手順の策定・実施経験。* HSE関連法規に関する知識、および法令遵守を確保するための政府承認のガイドラインを解釈する能力。* GWO基本安全トレーニングの修了。* 英語および日本語の読み書き・会話能力。* Microsoft Officeおよびインシデント管理ツールの操作に精通していること。* リスクアセスメントに関する十分な知識とスキルを有すること。* 吊り上げ作業および関連規制について十分な理解を有すること。* COSHH（有害物質管理）に関する知識と、適切な管理プロセスの実施能力を有すること。* インシデント報告および調査の経験。* 優れたコミュニケーション能力。* 組織内の幅広いステークホルダーと積極的に関わる意欲。* HSEに関するチームの代表者としての役割を果たせること。* 精神的に強く、自律的に業務を遂行できること。ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
