Für unseren langjährigen Kunden aus dem Bereich Engineering & Energie-Infrastruktur in Hamburg suchen wir ab 01. Mai 2026 (oder schnellstmöglich) einen engagierten Mitarbeiter für die Reisekostenabrechnung.

Einsatzort: Hamburg
Vertragsform: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung bis 31.10.2027 mit sehr guter Übernahmeoption und hohem Verlängerungspotenzial
Gehalt: ca. 36.000 - 41.500 € brutto/Jahr (je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung)
Start: 01. Mai 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von nationalen und internationalen Reisekostenabrechnungen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der unternehmensinternen Reisekostenrichtlinien sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben (u. a. UStG, EStG, Pauschalen)
Buchung und Kontierung der Belege im ERP-System (SAP)
Abstimmung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte zu abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und monatlichen Abschlüssen für das Controlling

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung in der Reisekostenabrechnung, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld (Engineering, Energie, Anlagenbau)
Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Hohe Genauigkeit, Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägte Service- und Beratungsorientierung

The role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of solar tracker systems, working with developers, EPCs, and subcontractors to train teams and advise on best practice. This is a site-based role with significant travel (90%). BESS Engineer

ersg are working with a leading investor in Renewable Energy assets to hire a BESS-focused Engineer. This role will see the successful candidate join a market-leader to ensure the delivery of their growing BESS portfolio.Key responsibilities include;Being the lead person on technical developments in the Battery industry - supporting internal and external stakholders with technical comprehension of BESS.Identification and selection of BESS, PCS and EMS providers.Support colleagues through acquisition, JVs and project development stages from a technical perspective.Ensure FAT/SATs are completed.Ensuring delivery of projects in accordance with grid compliance.Candidates should have a strong background within BESS (upwards of three years), additionally any training with inverter manufacturers are a bonus. It is critical that candidates have experience of managing contractors such as EPCs.This position is a hybrid-role, based in the client's offices for four days per week.
