Role Purpose

Als Data Analytics & Systems Specialist sind Sie verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung der Datenarchitektur, -integration und digitalen Tools, die das RCAP (Resource Capacity & Allocation Planning)-Framework des Unternehmens ermöglichen. Sie sorgen für zuverlässige Datenflüsse, automatisierte Reports und aussagekräftige Dashboards, die eine fundierte Workforce-Planung, Forecasting und portfolioübergreifende Entscheidungsfindung unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Data Integration & Architecture

Erfassung und Integration von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen (HR-Systeme, Zeiterfassung, Primavera P6, Portfolio-Tools)
Design und Wartung robuster Datenpipelines mit hoher Konsistenz und Datenqualität
Entwicklung eines tragfähigen Datenmodells für Kapazitätsplanung, Ressourcenallokation und Demand-Forecasting

Tools & Dashboard Development

Erstellung und Pflege von Power BI / Tableau-Dashboards für RCAP-Reporting (Capacity, Demand, Utilization, Risks)
Portfolio-Übersicht mit Drill-Down-Möglichkeiten nach Projekt, Funktion und Zeitraum
Bedarfsgerechte Aufbereitung der Kennzahlen für unterschiedliche Stakeholder

Automation & Reporting

Automatisierung von Datenextraktion, -transformation und Berichtsprozessen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des monatlichen RCAP-Reporting-Packs
Sicherstellung wiederholbarer, termintreuer und qualitativ hochwertiger Reports

Data Quality & Governance

Definition und Implementierung von Datenvalidierungsregeln und Qualitätschecks
Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Datenvollständigkeit aus Workforce- und Projektquellen

Analytics & Forecasting

Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Workforce-Demand-Forecast-Modellen

Datenbasierte Unterstützung bei der Identifikation von Ressourcenrisiken

Zusammenarbeit

Enge Abstimmung mit dem Resource Manager bei der Einführung und Optimierung des RCAP-Frameworks
Mitverantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung aller RCAP-Deliverables

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Analytics, Data Science, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics, Business Intelligence oder Systems Integration
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL, Datenmodellierung und Data Pipelines
Fundierte Erfahrung mit BI-Tools, idealerweise Power BI oder Tableau
Praktische Erfahrung mit der Integration von Primavera P6, HR-Systemen oder ERP-Lösungen (von Vorteil)
Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Lösungen verständlich für Fachabteilungen zu übersetzen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
