Traffic Marshall

A renewable energy contractor is seeking a Traffic Marshall to oversee vehicle movements on a 40MW ground-mounted solar farm project local to Kidderminster, West Midlands. Working 10-hour days, you will coordinate deliveries, direct vehicles safely in and out of site access points, maintain traffic segregation, and ensure compliance with the site traffic management plan. A valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshal qualification and CSCS card are required, with previous construction site experience preferred. This is a 12-month contract, likely to run for 15-18 months, operating outside IR35. Saturday working hours are 8am-1pm, with workers paid for a full day.
