About the roleERSG is seeking a Legal & Contracts Advisor to join its Legal & Compliance team within a successful international recruitment business specialising in the renewable energy sector. Reporting to a Senior member of the Legal team, this is an individual contributor role with no line management, ideally suited to someone with circa 2-4 years' relevant legal or contracts experience. The role involves supporting global ERSG entities through the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial and recruitment‑related contracts, advising on risk and commercial terms, and working closely with internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly accurate, well organised, fast‑learning and motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, and will benefit from the support of an established and collaborative Legal & Compliance team within a dynamic and engaging business culture. Delivery Team Manager - Proof of Values Location: Kristiansand or Stavanger Role Lead a cross-functional delivery team (SME, UX, dev, test) delivering IDEX Proof of Value (PoV) projects globally. You'll own the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent PoVs, ensuring each is delivered on scope, on time, and true to what was promised to the customer. You'll work closely with Sales, who own primary client communication.
