ERSG is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering highways and infrastructure projects across the South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects valued between £1m and £15m, leading delivery teams while helping secure future work through framework agreements and competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of highways and civil engineering projects
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets are met.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities and tender submissions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project and site teams.

About You

  • Proven Contracts Manager experience within highways or civil engineering.
  • Strong track record delivering infrastructure projects and managing multiple schemes.
  • Experience working under framework agreements and tender environments.
  • Commercially aware with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • SMSTS and a full UK driving licence.
  • Must have full UK working rights as this role does NOT offer sponsorship

Site Engineer - Ireland

Site EngineerRole OverviewThe Site Engineer will support the Construction Management Team in the effective on-site delivery of building projects.
