I'm recruiting for a SHEQ Manager with a leading UK infrastructure business working on major water and utilities projects.

This is a SHEQ leadership role covering Safety, Environment & Quality, including:

▪️ ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
▪️ Audits, risk & incident management
▪️ Safety culture & continuous improvement

Looking for:
✅ NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
✅ CMIOSH
✅ Strong SHEQ leadership experience in water, utilities, infrastructure or construction
✅ ISO Lead Auditor experience

💰 £60,000-£70,000 + £6,500 car allowance

ersg are supporting an international EPC Contractor in their search for a HV Substation Construction Manager to support their construction process and adherence to HV Grid Code on their Renewable Energy projects in the South of Italy.This is a remote working role, with the expectation to travel to site and client meetings regularly.Key responsibilities in this role include;Act as the primary point of contact for all grid connection matters.Manage relationships with Terna.Review designs, and endure compliance with grid operators and project stakeholders.Manage adherence to all Grid Code requirements and connection agreements during construction.Develop and maintain technical documentation required for grid compliance.Collaborate with key stakeholders (Engineering, Project Management, SHEQ teams).Manage process across full project lifecycle and adherence to project milestones.This role offers a salary between €50,000 and €75,000 + bonus + expenses + healthcare + benefits.Applicants should have at least five years of experience on delivering HV substation projects, and be able to demonstrate their relationship with Italian Grid Operators.Applicants MUST have an Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (degree level). Project Manager

Project Manager required for a UK-based EPC main contractor to deliver a utility-scale ground-mounted solar farm project based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will have proven Solar farm experience managing the full EPC project lifecycle from Ready-to-Build through construction, commissioning and final handover to O&M. HV experience (ideally 123kV) is beneficial but not essential. This is an 18-month freelance contract, working on a hybrid basis with 4 days per week onsite in Hampshire and 1 day working from home.
