ersg are looking for an Expenses & Travel Coordinator to join our Operations team in our Bromley HQ - this is a 12 month maternity cover. This role is designed to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being fast-learning and motivated. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, is willing to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Responsibilities include: Administration:Book flights, hotels and car hire for contractors as required by consultantsLiaise with travel companies to obtain best rates, bulk discounts etcLiaise with contractors to ensure they have correct documentation for travelResolve issues and obtain refunds where appropriateKeep in touch with contractors to ensure any issues arising are dealt with appropriately. PSCS HSE Manager Scope: Wexford Hub - 230 MW solar farm Location: Wexford Length: 1 year Role overview The PSCS HSE Manager will act as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for a large-scale solar farm project in Wexford, with overall responsibility for managing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance during the construction phase. The role involves coordinating contractors, implementing the Construction Stage Health & Safety Plan, and ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with Irish health and safety legislation, environmental requirements, and project-specific standards. The PSCS HSE Manager will lead site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, promote a strong safety culture, and serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
