Offshore Construction Services Supervisor

Support the offshore construction team by supervising contractor activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. The role involves coordinating offshore construction support services, verifying compliance with QHSE standards, RAMS and permits, and protecting project interests during offshore operations. Responsibilities include daily contractor supervision, work planning support, resource coordination, asset inspections, defect reporting, and progress reporting to the onshore construction team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise offshore contractor teams ensuring compliance with QHSE procedures, RAMS and permits to work.

  • Coordinate offshore construction support activities, materials, equipment and personnel.

  • Monitor work progress, conduct asset walkdowns, inspections and snagging close-out.

  • Produce daily reports, end-of-trip summaries and support work planning with onshore teams.

  • Manage HSE issues offshore, support toolbox talks, drills and ensure vessels are correctly equipped.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years offshore supervisory experience in renewables.

  • Valid GWO certification and offshore medical.

  • Strong HSE awareness, reporting and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work offshore and collaborate with contractors and project teams.
