Works Superintendent - Bridges

Your future responsibilities:

• Planning and supervising the implementation of construction, railway, engineering, sewage, and structural works.
• Developing cost estimates and schedules for assigned work packages.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection standards within the assigned scope of work.
• Organizing and conducting coordination meetings regarding ongoing work.
• Supervising the work of subcontractors and monitoring their progress.
• Managing inspection and acceptance processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Supervising the compliance of materials with design requirements and managing their approval process.
• Responding to delays, coordinating interdisciplinary activities, and resolving logistical issues.

Our expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bridge Works Manager.
• Minimum 3 years of experience after obtaining a bridge license.
• A master's degree in a field related to railway, road, or bridge construction. Experience in implementing projects worth PLN 40 to 120 million, preferably in the railway or infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to manage a team of project managers and engineers.
• Ability to effectively coordinate the work of subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and work scheduling principles.
• Extensive technical knowledge in the field of civil works and railway construction.
• English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.
