Senior Quantity Surveyor - Distribution & EV

Location: UK - Liverpool

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering major utilities, energy and EV infrastructure projects.

You'll work closely with construction, design, planning and operational teams, taking responsibility for the commercial management of projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of infrastructure projects
• Subcontract management and procurement
• Cost control, forecasting and reporting
• Managing variations, valuations and commercial processes
• Supporting client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensuring contractual and commercial compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
• Background in civils, utilities or infrastructure
• Strong NEC contract experience
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Good commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Good understanding of CDM and H&S requirements
