ersg is recruiting for a Solar O&M Technician/Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a Multinational Solar O&M contractor. The role is well-suited to candidates situated in and around Bristol.

Candidates need experience in Solar O&M. Working knowledge of medium voltage and power electronics; inverters (string & central). This position would suit someone experienced in the Solar O&M sector, who is looking to progress their career and enter leadership.

There is a significant opportunity to support the O&M Manager, ensuring local engineers are responding promptly and effectively to reactive tasks.

Package on offer is dependent upon experience, and includes a vehicle and fuel card. Additionally, you will also receive private healthcare, pension, standby money for call-outs (1/month).

Project Manager required to work on x2 BESS (Battery Energy Storage) projects based near Brussels, Belgium. One project is based near Antwerp, the other project is based near Charleroi. ersg is searching for a PV/Solar Commissioning Manager on behalf of a multinational Solar EPC client. Our client, boasts an extensive pipeline of utility-scale Solar projects that require commissioning across Europe. Successful candidates will be responsible for commissioning projects above 50MW each project.This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Three years or more of commissioning large utility-scale (>50MW) solar projects. Ideally, experience of working across multiple European countries, and demonstrable understanding of working to FIDIC frameworks.Applicants should be used to managing people, and multiple projects concurrently.
