Project Planner

Project Site: Italy

Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduling during the execution phase of a turnkey HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) project with a focus on:

  • Supporting overall project scheduling

  • Independently developing solutions to scheduling problems in collaboration with the project team

  • Coordinating proposed solutions with overall project management and scheduling

  • Project-specific adjustment and optimization of the schedule using proven scheduling methodologies

  • Continuous monitoring of the schedule while considering project-specific constraints

  • Preparation of internal reports relevant to the schedule (e.g., variance analyses, MTAs, S-curves, critical path reports)

Qualifications:

• Completed degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification with project management experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project execution

• Advanced knowledge of Primavera is mandatory

• Familiarity with project control methodologies (e.g., Critical Path Method, network techniques, S-curves)

• Willingness to travel to Italy (100% travel time); European citizenship is mandatory

• Fluent English skills

• German and Italian language skills are desirable
