Site Manager - Solar PV Projects

We're looking for a proactive and organised Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a range of solar PV installations - from commercial rooftop systems to large-scale utility ground-mount projects. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, acting as the on-the-ground point of contact and ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are all met. This is a multi-site role.

• This role involves daily coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Project Manager, so strong communication skills and a hands-on approach are essential.

  Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating subcontractor teams on-site

  • Managing site logistics, deliveries, and plant hire

  • Enforcing health and safety compliance

  • Providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager

  • Supporting the preparation of relevant site documentation

  • Maintaining quality standards throughout the build

  • Setting up and decommissioning project sites

  What we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years' experience in site or construction management

  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

  • Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple moving parts on-site
