Site Manager - Solar PV Projects
We're looking for a proactive and organised Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a range of solar PV installations - from commercial rooftop systems to large-scale utility ground-mount projects. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, acting as the on-the-ground point of contact and ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are all met. This is a multi-site role.
This role involves daily coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Project Manager, so strong communication skills and a hands-on approach are essential.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating subcontractor teams on-site
Managing site logistics, deliveries, and plant hire
Enforcing health and safety compliance
Providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager
Supporting the preparation of relevant site documentation
Maintaining quality standards throughout the build
Setting up and decommissioning project sites
What we're looking for:
At least 3 years' experience in site or construction management
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple moving parts on-site
