Tätigkeitsbeschreibung Erstellt, verwaltet, bearbeitet und lokalisiert umfassende technische Dokumentationen im Rahmen fachgebietsübergreifender Projektabwicklungen auf der Baustelle.Einsatzort: Niederdamer Str., Lingen (Ems)Aufgaben:Verwaltung und Pflege der gesamten Baustellendokumentation für alle am Projekt beteiligten Parteien (Kunde, Nachunternehmer).Zentrale Ansprechperson für die Sammlung der Rotstrich-Dokumentationen sämtlicher Nachunternehmer vor Ort.Sicherstellung der korrekten Versionierung und Revisionierung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam unter Einsatz IT-gestützter Systeme.Vergabe und Verwaltung von Dokumentenkennzeichnungen gemäß der im Kundenvertrag festgelegten Projektnomenklatur gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam.Eigenständige Verwaltung, Verteilung und Dokumentation von Feedback, Rückläufen und eingehenden Dokumenten aller am Projekt beteiligten Lieferanten, Kunden oder weiterer Dritter - in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam und den jeweiligen Gewerksverantwortlichen vor Ort.Selbstständige Pflege der Baustellendokumentation sowohl in der internen Projektplattform (nach Projektteam-Vorgabe) als auch in der Kundenplattform (vertraglich festgelegt).Prüfung der formalen Richtigkeit aller Dokumente sowie Unterstützung bei der fristgerechten Fertigstellung zu den Projektmeilensteinen (gemäß Terminplan).Eigenständige Administration des LOP-Prozesses auf der Baustelle, inklusive Koordination interner und externer Partner (Kunden, Projektteam, Lieferanten vor Ort) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Gewerksverantwortlichen.Pflege und Abgleich der Daten zwischen internen und kundenseitigen LOP-Systemen.Organisation und Einladung aller relevanten Parteien (Projektteam, Nachunternehmer, Kunde, Baustellenteam) zu regelmäßigen Abstimmungsrunden im Tätigkeitsbereich sowie Erstellung und Verteilung der Protokolle.Kontinuierliche Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Dokumentations-, Rotstrich-, LOP- und Qualitätsdokumentationsprozesse.Anforderungen:Sicherer Umgang mit Office 365 und datenbankgestützten Systemen (z. B. You'll then moderate internal scheduling meetings and integrate this input into broader production planning sessions. In the afternoon, you might lead a workshop with key users to improve standard network processes and implement updates in Primavera. Project Manager required to work on x2 BESS (Battery Energy Storage) projects based near Brussels, Belgium. One project is based near Antwerp, the other project is based near Charleroi. Suitable candidates will have large-scale battery energy storage (BESS) project management experience. Candidates will have experience managing projects & project teams from land acquisition till O&M. Project managers with a civil and/or electrical background is desirable. Fluency in either Dutch / French / Flemish with English is essential. This is a hybrid position with 1 day per site (x2 site visits per week), 2 days spent working remotely (home based) and 1 day spent in their head office in Brussels.
