建設調達ディレクター

概要このポジションは、契約前および契約後の全ての契約管理業務を担当します。入札書類・RFPの準備、入札に関する質疑対応、契約交渉・締結、契約実行段階での変更管理、支払・キャッシュフロー管理、保険・保証の管理、契約完了までの各種手続きが含まれます。また、企業の方針に基づき、関係者とのコミュニケーション記録を適切に管理し、ポリシーやコンプライアンスに沿った運用を行うことも求められます。建設案件に関連する見積り作成、スケジュール・予算管理、予期せぬコスト対応、現場会議への参加など、プロジェクト全体にわたる調整業務も含まれます。契約に関する唯一の窓口として、担当プロジェクトにおけるサプライヤーとの関係維持も重要な役割です。主な職務内容入札書類・商業提案書の作成プロジェクト提案の作成・説明クライアントとの要件確認計画書の作成、費用・工期の見積り契約条件の検討、作成、レビュー、交渉サプライヤーとの予算・工期調整建設スケジュール・予算管理想定外の追加費用への対応現場会議への参加・進捗確認現場管理者・プロジェクトマネージャーとの連携関係者（内部部署、技術・財務担当、下請け、法務など）との調整請求処理の管理契約書の作成、評価、交渉、締結までの管理契約関連の文書管理および記録整理契約に関する問題解決の実施（社内外）契約のクローズアウト、延長、更新の管理契約情報の関係者への共有必要な資格工学系の学士号以上PMPまたは同等資格（望ましい）必要な経験・能力最小限の指示で業務を遂行できること強いプロジェクト管理スキル交渉力および問題解決能力契約管理システムの使用経験英語＋中国語または日本語での実務コミュニケーション能力Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Access、Project、Visio などのソフトウェア操作スキルプロジェクトの制約条件内で目標を達成できる能力勤務条件出張あり台湾、日本、中国、シンガポール、マレーシアのいずれかのプロジェクトを担当する可能性あり必要に応じて各国への出張が発生 ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
