Are you a seasoned Site Engineer looking for a new challenge?
A flagship offshore wind development in the UK is looking for collaborative engineers to join them on this new and exciting development.
What You'll Do
As a Section Engineer, you will play a central role in delivering a defined section of works safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. You will take ownership of short‑term programming, ensuring works are delivered in line with design, quality expectations, and project requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the flow of technical information and ensuring effective document control.
- Coordinating and supervising Site Engineers, guiding them on setting‑out, design compliance, and construction methodology.
- Producing and approving method statements and risk assessments, ensuring they are followed throughout delivery.
- Overseeing inspections, quality checks, and completion of all required ITPs, check sheets, and red‑line drawings.
- Monitoring costs, understanding commercial implications, and ensuring sections of work remain within allocated budgets.
- Supporting implementation of BIM Level 2 processes and driving digital efficiency in reporting and delivery.
We're seeking a driven and technically accomplished individual with:
- A Degree in Civil engineering or similar
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, engineering principles, and setting‑out requirements.
- Experience supervising site teams and contributing to efficient delivery of complex civil engineering works.
- Familiarity with BIM processes, digital construction tools, and data‑driven workflows.
- Full UK working rights
