🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Team Lead with a strong background in manufacturing to join a major wind energy project.

This role is ideal for candidates from automotive, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments who are looking to transition into the renewable energy sector.

You will lead on-site production activities, ensuring smooth execution of assembly work while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery targets.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production activities and manage on-site technicians
  • Coordinate and execute production plans and schedules
  • Ensure all work follows standard operating procedures, safety, and quality requirements
  • Monitor workflow and ensure on-time delivery against production targets
  • Interpret and apply work instructions, technical drawings, and process documentation
  • Track production progress and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
  • Maintain organized and efficient work environment (5S, tools, workflow)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues

🔹 Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing / production environment (automotive, electronics, heavy industry preferred)
  • Proven experience in production planning, line supervision, or team leadership
  • Familiar with production processes, workflow control, and KPI tracking
  • Ability to read technical drawings or process documents
  • Strong execution and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to work in a project-based, site environment
  • Basic English communication skills
  • This is a site-based role in Taichung requiring close coordination with local teams and stakeholders.
    Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required. (Candidates without working-level Mandarin will not be considered.)

Offshore Construction Services SupervisorSupport the offshore construction team by supervising contractor activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. The role involves coordinating offshore construction support services, verifying compliance with QHSE standards, RAMS and permits, and protecting project interests during offshore operations.
