Package Manager - Offshore Wind ProjectsWe are seeking an experienced Package Manager to lead the delivery of a major project package within our offshore wind portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective delivery from engineering through to operations.Your RoleAs Package Manager, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for your assigned package, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Providing strong HSSE leadership, ensuring safety and environmental standards are met by all team members and contractorsLeading and motivating a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and transparent working cultureManaging the package in line with company values, project management standards, and delegated authorityActing as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external contract partnersOverseeing engineering and design activities, with a strong focus on safety in design and operabilityManaging the procurement process, including tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiation through to contract awardActing as Employer's Representative under the relevant contract conditionsControlling the package budget, risks, and opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with internal policies and all applicable laws and regulationsSharing and applying lessons learned across projects, and capturing new learnings throughout the package lifecycleWorking closely with Operations as the end customer to ensure the package can be safely and efficiently operated and maintainedYour ProfileEngineering degree in a relevant discipline (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval, or similar)Around 10 years of relevant experience in large engineering or infrastructure projectsQualified Engineer or Project Manager with experience leading engineering and/or project teamsBackground in offshore wind, onshore wind, offshore oil & gas, or similar large‑scale infrastructure projectsProven experience in major contract negotiation and contract management, ideally within offshore windStrong communicator with a structured, analytical approach and the ability to lead diverse teamsExperience working effectively in an international environmentFluent in English (Japanese is desirable but not essential) ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
