This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the overall project Quality Management function and ensuring compliance with project specifications, Taiwan regulatory requirements, public works quality standards, and international quality management systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale construction, structural steel, welding, and infrastructure projects, together with strong practical knowledge of Taiwan public works quality management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall QA/QC function and manage a team of 10+ quality professionals.
  • Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Quality Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan public works quality requirements and standards.
  • Oversee quality management for structural steel, welding, construction, and installation.
  • Manage ITPs, inspections, NCRs, audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of QA/QC or Quality Management experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Energy, Construction, or Infrastructure.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in major public infrastructure / construction projects in Taiwan.
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan public works Quality Plans and quality management systems.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale structural steel and welding quality.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a QA/QC team of 10+ people.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent Traditional Chinese (繁體中文) - must be able to read, write, speak, and understand Traditional Chinese professionally.
  • Good English communication skills.
