Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) - Arbeitnehmerüberlassung | Hamburg

Für unseren langjährigen Kunden in Hamburg, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Energiesektor, suchen wir ab dem 01.10.2026 Unterstützung im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung.

Die Position ist zunächst im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung bis zum 31.12.2026 vorgesehen. Eine Verlängerung über diesen Zeitraum hinaus ist möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen

  • Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten

  • Klärung von offenen Posten und Rechnungsdifferenzen

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen

  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Lieferanten

  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kreditoren- oder Finanzbuchhaltung

  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Prozesse in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

  • Erfahrung mit ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen von Vorteil

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

  • Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland erforderlich

Marine Operations Manager
