We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction team. This role is responsible for preparing conceptual and detailed cost estimates, conducting quantity takeoffs, and supporting various preconstruction activities including scheduling, procurement planning, and constructability reviews. The ideal candidate will work closely with design-build teams to ensure project scope aligns with estimates and will serve as a valuable cost resource across all disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate conceptual and detailed construction cost estimates.Perform quantity takeoffs (area, counts, volumes) as needed.Assist in preconstruction schedule development and constructability reviews.Support project managers by reviewing bid tabs, change order requests, and preconstruction/value engineering analyses.Maintain and update subcontractor and supplier databases for pricing and bidding.Collect, track, and maintain historical construction cost data.Maintain a unit cost library accessible to internal teams.Build and sustain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.Provide insight on projected inflation and cost differentials across geographic regions.
