Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate conceptual and detailed construction cost estimates.Perform quantity takeoffs (area, counts, volumes) as needed.Assist in preconstruction schedule development and constructability reviews.Support project managers by reviewing bid tabs, change order requests, and preconstruction/value engineering analyses.Maintain and update subcontractor and supplier databases for pricing and bidding.Collect, track, and maintain historical construction cost data.Maintain a unit cost library accessible to internal teams.Build and sustain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.Provide insight on projected inflation and cost differentials across geographic regions.
