Document Controller (m/f/d) - Offshore Infrastructure Project

We are a specialised recruitment consultancy focusing on renewable energy and infrastructure projects. On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Document Controller (m/f/d) to support an offshore infrastructure project as soon as possible.

In this position, you will be responsible for the structured management, review and tracking of technical and project-related documentation. You will work closely with internal project stakeholders and external contractors. The primary working language is English.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising technical and project-related documentation
  • Maintaining a clear and structured document filing system in SharePoint
  • Reviewing incoming documents for completeness, accuracy and formal quality
  • Tracking outstanding documents, approvals, revisions and feedback
  • Ensuring a complete and traceable document history
  • Coordinating with internal departments, project stakeholders and external contractors
  • Preparing and maintaining status reports, document overviews and outstanding action lists
  • Supporting the project team with documentation-related queries
  • Monitoring compliance with project-specific documentation processes and quality standards

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in technical document management or a comparable position
  • Confident user of SharePoint and digital document management systems
  • Experience in reviewing, managing and tracking project documentation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Structured, accurate and independent working style
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Experience in offshore, energy or infrastructure projects would be an advantage

Mandatory Requirement

Your visa and/or residence status must already be fully clarified. A valid work visa or corresponding work permit allowing full-time employment of 40 hours per week in Germany is mandatory, as the position needs to be filled as soon as possible.

  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Duration: Fixed-term assignment until the end of April 2027, about 6-7 months
  • Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Contract: Employment with us under an employee leasing arrangement
  • Salary: Approximately €5,500-€6,000 gross per month
  • Location: Bremen, with hybrid working available
  • Working language: Predominantly English

Following successful onboarding, a higher proportion of remote working may be negotiable. The specific working arrangement will be agreed individually with the client.
