We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor to support construction activities on the Carrigaline Solar Farm project. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation, and supporting site teams in delivering the project safely, on time, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Irish HSA regulations and relevant EU directives.

  • Support implementation of the Project Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety tours.

  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements.

Risk Management

  • Assist in preparation and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

  • Conduct task-specific risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).

  • Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Site Manager

Site Manager required for a global renewable EPC Contractor to work on a 75MW+ solar farm based in Waterford, Ireland. Candidates will have site management experience and can effectively manage multi-discipline subcontractors on Irish EPC projects. Ground-mounted solar experience is preferable, but the client will also accept site managers with experience on electrical and/or civil large Irish EPC projects. This is a fully onsite position, for a 12-month ongoing contract.
