We are seeking an experienced QHSE professional to support project and site operations in Munich and across Germany. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards within complex industrial project environments.

The successful candidate will contribute to the company's Integrated Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards while supporting project teams, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Ensure compliance with German and international HSE regulations and company procedures
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety evaluations
  • Identify operational risks and propose corrective and preventive actions
  • Participate in incident investigations and root-cause analysis
  • Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with site managers, project teams, and external prevention organizations
  • Deliver HSE communication, awareness sessions, and safety training
  • Promote a strong safety and environmental culture across projects

A UK-based leading renewable energy contractor is seeking experienced Electricians to support utility-scale solar projects nationwide. The first project is based in Gloucestershire. The role will focus on DC testing on 1500V string inverter systems across ground-mounted solar sites.
