We're supporting a short-term blade campaign in Japan and are looking for an experienced IRATA L3 Technician with strong Vestas blade repair experience.

Key points

Carry out blade inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR) on Vestas turbines using rope access
Supervise all rope access activities in line with IRATA Level 3 responsibilities
Perform composite repairs, including:
- Leading edge repair
- Gelcoat / laminate repair
- Minor structural repairs
Ensure all work complies with Vestas OEM standards and site procedures

Requirements

IRATA Level 3 certification (valid)
Proven blade repair experience on Vestas turbines
Strong hands-on experience with composite repair techniques
Full GWO certification suite (Working at Heights, First Aid, etc.)
Experience supervising rope access teams
Fluent English
Must hold a valid Japanese residence card /right to work in Japan

We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors and HSE Managers to support the delivery of multiple onshore wind installation projects across Scotland and one site in Ireland.
