Service Project Manager - Mods & Ups / LTSA (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering bid team for modernization (M&U) and long-term service agreement (LTSA) projects for large gas turbines

• Serve as the primary technical contact for sales teams during the bid process

• Support customer meetings and provide technical input on scope, guarantees, and risk evaluations

• Perform detailed performance modeling (heat balance) to assess upgrade impacts

• Coordinate cross-functional evaluation with experts (e.g. steam turbine, generator) and consolidate findings

• Manage multiple projects in parallel and communicate effectively with global specialists and stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience

• Hands-on project management skills and strong customer focus

• Proficient in MS Office and operational mindset

• Experience with thermal performance evaluation of gas turbines is a plus

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); German language skills desirable

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany required
