Electrical Supervisor

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Dublin. The project includes the installation and commissioning of 9 gas turbine generators, 2 Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and associated HV/LV electrical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and supporting the safe delivery of the project through construction and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities on site.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and in line with project specifications.
• Review drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Monitor quality, inspections, testing, and snagging activities.
• Support HV/LV installation, energisation, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and health & safety procedures.
• Liaise with project management, engineers, and client representatives.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale industrial, data centre, power generation, BESS, or substation projects.
• Strong understanding of HV/LV electrical systems.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and industry certifications.
• Safe Pass (Ireland) or equivalent site safety certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
