HSE Supervisor

• Support the HSE Manager in the day-to-day management of Health, Safety and Environmental activities on site.
• Verify compliance with approved safety plans and HSE requirements by contractors and subcontractors.
• Carry out regular HSE audits, inspections and site safety checks.
• Attend and participate in Toolbox Talks and safety meetings with companies operating on site.
• Monitor site safety conditions and immediately report any critical safety issues or non-compliances.
• Prepare clear HSE reports covering verification, monitoring and supervision activities.
• Communicate findings and results to the Client's Site Manager and HSE management team.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support contractors in maintaining high safety standards and compliance with site requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving the site's overall HSE performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project and ensure that HSE requirements are consistently applied
