Director of BESS Project Development

Electrical Supervisor required for global EPC contractor to work on a 30MW Solar farm based in West Oxfordshire, England. Applicants must have a 'SSSTS' qualification and be electrically qualified. Suitable candidates will have worked on large-scale electrical projects in renewables. Utility-scale solar farm experience is the most desirable but the client will also accept experience for either of the following: Onshore Wind, substations, BESS, or datacentres projects. The successful candidate will be managing the electrical subcontractors on the site. This is an outside of IR35 contract vacancy. Follows quality management plan and Inspections, and test plans' procedures, by filling the concerning checklists on "SafetyCulture" app, assuring the quality of works executed in order to comply with customer requirements;Ensures the good care of quality records such as: inspection records, photo reports, RFI, test reports, certificates in compliance with standards and customer requirements;Ensures that all the information is up to date on SharePoint, especially information that is shared with the client;Manage non-conformities on site directly with suppliers; Requirements:English proficiency (mandatory);Be available on site 100%, during project execution;Knowledge in quality´s project;Technical drawings reading skills;Experience in quality supervising;Proficient in MS Office and ease of using informatic tools (mandatory);Experience in solar farms is considered a plus.ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
