Regional Procurement Manager - Construction Services - Onshore Wind

You will have functional responsibility for the local construction services procurement scope for sales and execution projects e.g. by driving competitive project specific tenders in line with Procurement guidelines, and ensuring harmonization of sourcing approaches with respective global commodity strategies, and actively managing project related sourcing demands end to end.

Responsibilities
* You will engage in close cooperation with sales teams by ensuring that local market elements (e.g. price level, statutory regulations, local content requirements) are readily available.
* You will spearhead the local market contractor portfolio development activities in alignment with the Global Commodity Manager
* You carry out localization initiatives to develop the local footprint
* You are the interface with local stakeholders and/or customers in the frame of internal/external procurement events
* You contribute to the monthly Procurement KPI and reporting activities

担当業務
- 営業チームと密接に協力し、現地の市場要素（価格水準、法的規制、現地調達要件など）を容易に入手できるようにする。
- グローバル・コモディティ・マネージャーと連携し、現地市場のコントラクター・ポートフォリオ開発活動の指揮を執る。
- ローカルフットプリントを開発するためのローカリゼーションイニシアチブを実行する。
- 社内外の調達イベントにおいて、現地のステークホルダーや顧客とのインターフェイスとなる。
- 毎月の調達KPIと報告活動に貢献する。

Requirements

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

* You hold at a minimum a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics and preferably have minimum 5 years of experience from Project Procurement/Commercial functions within wind industry, construction and/or O&M project business, with exposure to manpower and machinery operation services contracting.
* You are an advanced user in PowerPoint and Excel (MS Office); knowledge of Ariba would be
an advantage
* Fully professional fluency in both Japanese and English
* You are ready to travel when it is required (20%)
