Über die Rolle

Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich Energietechnik und Netzstabilisierung suchen wir einen erfahrenen STATCOM Engineer (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (AÜG).

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale technische Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen deutschen Übertragungsnetzbetreibern (TSOs) und der STATCOM-Produktion in Italien. Der Fokus liegt auf der technischen Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen, Projektierung sowie Inbetriebnahme von STATCOM-Stationen (FACTS).


Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

Projektierung & Design

  • Auslegung und Design von STATCOM-Anlagen zur Spannungsregelung

  • Bereitstellung von induktiver und kapazitiver Blindleistung

  • Analyse und Umsetzung von technischen Anforderungen deutscher TSOs

Technische Schnittstelle (TSO ↔ Produktion)

  • Direkte technische Abstimmung mit deutschen Übertragungsnetzbetreibern

  • Kommunikation und Weitergabe von Kundenanforderungen an die Produktion in Italien

  • Unterstützung bei Lastenheften, technischen Klärungen und Änderungen

Inbetriebnahme (Commissioning)

  • Inbetriebnahme von Steuerungs-, Regelungs- und Schutzsystemen

  • Begleitung von FAT / SAT und Abnahmen

  • Technische Unterstützung während der Projektumsetzung

Betrieb & Support

  • Unterstützung im Betrieb und bei der Wartung von STATCOM-Anlagen

  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im Hochspannungsnetz

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Grid Codes und technischen Standards

Technologie

  • Arbeit mit leistungselektronischen Stromrichtern (VSC)

  • Einsatz moderner FACTS-Technologien

  • Zusammenarbeit mit SCADA- und Schutzsystemen


Must-Have Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbar

  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung mit Übertragungsnetzbetreibern (TSO-Erfahrung zwingend)

  • Erfahrung im Hochspannungsumfeld

  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:

    • Leistungselektronik

    • Schutztechnik

    • SCADA / Leittechnik

  • Sehr gute technische Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Zusammenarbeit


Nice-to-Have

  • Erfahrung mit FACTS- oder HVDC-Systemen

  • Kenntnisse deutscher Grid Codes und TAB

  • Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten

  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen von Projekten

ersg are currently searching for a Grid Connection Engineer for a multinational EPC Contractor with a focus on Solar & BESS projects. This role requires someone who is able to attend projects around the Bialystok region of Poland. This role will see you join a team that has delivered in excess of 10GW in Renewable Energy projects.The successful candidate will have experience of permitting and grid connection management, notably experience of working to DSO and TSO standards is critical. You should have a good understanding of SCADA and communications systems as per grid operator recommendations.You will be able to support the EPC project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
