ERSG ist eine international etablierte Recruitment-Agentur mit Fokus auf Infrastruktur- und Energieprojekte. Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir zum Juni 2026 einen erfahrenen HSE Manager / HSE Lead für ein operatives Data Centre in Frankfurt.

Position: HSE Manager / HSE Lead - Daten Center (Bau)
Dauer: 6 Monate (mit möglicher Verlängerungsoption)
Start: Ab sofort / spätestens 01. Juni 2026 (Interviews: 18.-22. Mai)
Vertragsform: Freelance via Dienstleistungsvertrag
Rate: € 650 - 700 All-In
Arbeitszeiten: 40 Std./Woche (Mo-Fr)

Ihre Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die HSE-Steuerung aller Brownfield-Upgrades und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen im laufenden Rechenzentrum
Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Genehmigungsverfahren und Co-Activity-Management in live-betriebenen Umgebungen
Operative Betreuung vor Ort inkl. Sicherheitsinspektionen, Incident-Management, PPE- und Chemikalienüberwachung
Führung und Koordination von Contractor-Teams sowie Förderung einer starken Sicherheitskultur
Erstellung von HSE-Berichten, KPIs sowie Durchführung von Audits und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HSE-Bereich, idealerweise in Data Centern, kritischen Infrastrukturen oder Brownfield-Projekten
Fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen HSE-Vorschriften (Baustellenverordnung, DGUV, ASR etc.)
Erfahrung in live-operativen Anlagen mit hohen Co-Activity-Risiken
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (NEBOSH, IOSH o. Ä.)
