Construction Manager

A global solar manufacturer is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support ground-mounted PV projects across Romania. The role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of solar tracker systems, working with developers, EPCs, and subcontractors to train teams and advise on best practice. This is a site-based role with significant travel (90%). Track Design EngineerOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Track Design Engineer to support the delivery of railway infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality track designs from concept through detailed design stages, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver track design packages at both Form A (Approval in Principle) and Form B (Detailed Design) stages.Produce all associated design deliverables including:Track alignment designsDesign reportsTechnical calculationsDrawings and CAD outputsDesign assurance documentationConstruction and installation support documentationDevelop compliant track layouts, alignments, and geometry in accordance with Network Rail standards and client requirements.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Signalling, Electrification, and Geotechnical disciplines.Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and assurance processes.Support the resolution of technical queries throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure all designs are delivered safely, accurately, and to programme.Essential RequirementsDemonstrable experience delivering railway track design projects at both Form A and Form B stages.Proven ability to produce and manage all associated design documentation, reports, drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables.Strong understanding of Network Rail standards, design processes, and assurance requirements.Experience using BRT (Bentley Rail Track) and/or PRT track design software.Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple project priorities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. Mechanical Supervisor required for renewable energy main EPC Contractor to work on Solar Farm projects in Wexford, Ireland. Suitable candidates will have mechanical solar experience on Utility Scale ground-mounted solar projects with experience in ramming and mounting of PV Modules Structures. Suitable candidates will have a solid understanding of mechanical components, installations, design specifications, and safety regulations.
